Rolling Stamp Wrapping Paper

One day at Michaels I found some little foam shapes in a package. I bought them with this plan in mind.

Here's what we did:
1. I wrapped my rolling pin safely in wax paper.
2. I hot-glued the foam shapes onto the rolling pin.
3. Ken helped the girls spread white paint onto the shapes with a large paint brush. (Careful not to make it too globby or your shapes won't show up very well)
4. Ken helped them take turns rolling the homemade "stamp" over some brown craft paper.

After a few turns, we had a nice big roll of homemade "snowflake" wrapping paper.

So fun, & so cute! :)
