Rainbow Cookies

Edited To Add: This post has been very popular! I have created a recipe tutorial with pictures of how to make these cookies if you would like to check it out and try making them yourself!
---------------------------------------------------------------

In honour of St. Patrick's Day this year, we made some fabulous rainbow cookies! :)

It was like playing with playdoh and in the end, you got to eat your creations (and they tasted good! :)

Ken was home when we made them, so we got a picture in of me with the girls :)

You can find the fabulous recipe we used here.
