Day 10: Personal Scriptures

Day 10: Personal Scriptures

Today we're giving away a set of Journaling Scriptures from Line Upon Line!

If you missed the announcement, it's Gift Guide Giveaway time and today is Day 10!
You can keep track of all Gift Guide posts from the announcement page.

If you're a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints then you know that we use more than one book of scripture. We use the Book of Mormon and Doctrine & Covenants in addition to the Bible. Recently, a couple of ladies who are members of the church started a company called Line Upon Line and they have created journaling scriptures. Whether you share a religion with me or not, if you read the Bible, I think you'll be interested in thees. I'm excited to share them with you!

They first came out with the Book of Mormon, recently released the Doctrine & Covenants, and are currently working on the New Testament. They're available in 7 different colors. The covers are linen with gold foil stamping and the books have a ribbon bookmark.

On the inside, they've used thick paper for note-taking (I've seen people use markers and even watercolor in their books!), and extra-wide margins so you have plenty of room to take notes and decorate your book as you like.

These are beautiful, large books and I am so excited to start using mine! I'm excited about keeping all of my studying thoughts together and I also like the idea of my kids being able to look through them and see the things that I am learning as I study.

If you're interested in adding Journaling Scriptures to one of your gift wish lists....
