DIY: How to Make a Blizzard Treat

It may be the time of year for outdoor blizzards, but that doesn't mean you can't make your own freezing treat to enjoy in the warmth of your own home! :) We love making "Blizzards" at home! I can remember how fun this was when I was a kid (okay, and now, too)... ice cream plus candy or cookies equals fun & yumminess! Just crush candies or cookies... add to ice cream in the blender & blend!  
 Easy, fun, and delicious! A great way to make a regular day more special :)

    ok, we love these at Dairy Queen and I have never thought to make some at home!
