I went out a few nights ago with Emily, Katie, and Amber, for a fun shoot that I've been wanting to do for quite a while.

They got dressed up and we went out to a couple of locations to play and take pictures :) It will probably take me a while to get through all of the photos, but I've gotten through the first few of Katie and thought I'd post a preview for her before I start on the next bunch, of Amber.

Emily ~ Headshots

I snapped a few headshots for Emily last week, for her University student card. This was my favourite of the bunch.



I haven't had many photos to post lately, so I thought I'd share it, even though it wasn't a full session or anything.

I'm in the middle of a computer switch, & the computer that I have my photo software running on is extremely slow right now, so processing photos takes way longer than it should. This is why I haven't even uploaded our trip photos yet!

I am very proud of two young men I know (my brother Brandon & his good friend Josh) who have chosen to put their 19-year-old lives on hold for 2 years to serve a 2-year mission for their church. In just a few weeks, Josh is headed to Ireland, & Brandon to California. It was a lot of fun to get together with them to take some pictures that Josh's mom had requested, of them before they leave for their missions. During the session we also got a chance to take some pictures of Josh's sister, Vanessa as well as their mom, Sherry.

There were so many photos from the session that I loved, but I tried to narrow it down to just a few favourites for the blog.

Brandon & I went downtown Brantford to get some urban shots. I've been wanting to play with textures a little bit, & thought this would be a good opportunity. Unfortunately, it was very cold, so we'll have to do this again sometime when it's warmer! .

I went to a park with these three sisters to take some photos of them- it was a LOT of fun!! .



Emily is the oldest of the three who were there for the session (they have 3 other siblings).
