Baby Hayden (Newborn Photography)

My newest nephew arrived in August and I had the opportunity to go over to my sister's house to take some newborn photos of him. I actually started blogging a good decade ago, to have a place just to share photos from my photography sessions. It's been a long time since I've done a session, so it's fun to have some photos to share with you today!

Best of all, they are photos of the sweetest little munchkin around!

I really look forward to seeing how Hayden grows and being able to look back on these photos and say "he looks so much like himself already, at just a few days old!"...

...and to look at this next picture and say, "remember when he was almost the same size as his little lamb?!"

Here's my sister holding her sleepy little boy. I love being able to help create a beautiful photo of a mother with her baby. I wish I had a photo like this of myself with my babies!  

It's always an adventure to see what precarious situations we can get babies into for a photo.

Here's Hayden all cuddled up in his parents' big bed. :)

...and a shot of him in his own crib, too. I love how this captures how tiny his little body is!

I'll finish off with a little peak through the crib bars. I love how clearly you can see his cute hair and how relaxed he is, sleeping there after his photoshoot. :)
